sauce, this rich, stewy, chocolatey meat
concoction is outstanding. So tender, so fresh,
so good picked up in those sourdough
Ethiopian pancakes - I could have eaten way
too much of this, had there not been four
of use vying for it like vultures.

Mesob's proprietor, was super sweet too.

What makes this dish THE DISHOLA was the heavently cominbation of spices, textures,
scents and tastes. To me, it was the schizzle...similar to the qualities of the Pizzle
(http://www.dishola.com/dishes/view/42), but in an Ethiopian kind of way.

The experience was crowned with clover tea infused with Ouzo; a sweet and aromatic
combination I had not tried before.

Letish, our server, was amazingly plesant and had excellent suggestions for what to order.
